Honey Butter is so easy to make and it goes perfectly with Beer Bread (see RECIPES/BREAD above for the Beer Bread recipe). Of course, this delicious butter goes with cornbread, or any bread. And it’s great on pancakes, waffles and french toast. Make it today, and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, if it will last that long.
1/2 cup butter, room temperature (113 grams)
1 Tbsp. honey (22 grams)
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, beat on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes (scraping sides of bowl as needed.) Serve!
